Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

✓ Manage recruitment and hiring processes
✓ Oversee employee relations and HR policies
✓ Support performance management and training
✓ Work with department managers on workforce planning
✓ Ensure compliance with company HR procedures

Requirements

✓ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
✓ Minimum 5 years of HR experience
✓ Strong communication and leadership skills
✓ Experience with recruitment and employee relations
✓ Knowledge of HR systems is preferred
